WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL

Items provided by mini-katana.ca are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those sold in traditional stores and come from our listed publishers and suppliers.

If an item is found to be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 14 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. The customer must return the new or unused items in full, in their original, intact packaging, along with all possible accessories, user manuals, and documentation (must be in its original cellophane wrapping and accompanied by the corresponding invoice). In such cases, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@mini-katana.ca (with a description and attached photos).

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Mini-Katana® is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without charge, except for the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

In case of a refund, we guarantee it will be processed within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the customer refuses the package upon delivery for any reason, UPS return shipping fees of $170 CAD will be at your expense! This amount will be deducted from the refund.
