Ordering error but good support
When my order arrived, it was the wrong katana… Fortunately, customer service was super quick to fix it and sent me the correct model, letting me keep the other one as well. A nice gesture, but the mistake was still inconvenient. I’m giving 3 stars for the overall experience.

An amazing purchase!
